You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use Vietlist lawfully and professionally, without misuse, fraud, or harmful activities.

5. Content Ownership

You own the content you upload but grant Vietlist a license to display, promote, and distribute it within the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Harass or harm others
• Sell or misuse data
• Manipulate reviews or rankings
• Use AI tools for illegal or unethical purposes

7. Directory & Listings

Public information such as professional profiles may be displayed to users as part of the directory.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Reviews & Ratings

Vietlist may remove reviews that violate policies. Fake or incentivized reviews are prohibited.

10. AI Tools

AI-generated responses may not be fully accurate. AI cannot be used for medical, legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Vietlist is not responsible for service outcomes, lost income, technical issues, or misuse of the platform.

12. Termination

Vietlist may suspend or delete accounts that violate policies or pose risks to the community.

13. Changes to Terms

Vietlist may update these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
